I had my front window replaced and I used xxxxxxxx Windows, You know a name you can trust. Well if that isnt a lie. When they replaced my window the screen was damaged and that was over 6 months ago NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I contacted BNW not only did they replace my other 3 windows but they fixed the screen from xxxxxxxx. I have 4 more windows that I want replaced and you can believe BNW will do them. Bruce came to my home on a Sunday personnaly I dont think you can get better service. Thanks BNW for taking care of my windows and being something more than a Company.

I purchased 10 heat mirrored windows (Cobra Elite) and 1 sliding glass door from BNW Builders in December 2005. Prior to contacting BNW Builders, I had several presentations/estimates from other window companies. Because of Bruce’s and Pat’s honest, no gimmicks and no pressure sales presentation of their products, BNW Builders stood out above the others.
I am extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and the patio door. Since the installation of the windows and door, my home is quieter and definitely more than comfortable. I am constantly trying to find the ideal inside temperature. I feel confident that I will see savings on my heating bill. Also, my home is the showplace of the block as I have been receiving compliments (directly and indirectly) from neighbors, family and friends.
