I would just like to start off by saying thank you to Bruce and his wonderfull team at BNW. They did a wonderfull job with my windows and vinyl siding. Both Bruce and his team were very friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated. Our house has transformed juristically. The windows are easy to clean and have already lowered our electricity bill. They did the best job with every aspect. I recommend them to everyone.

I am very please with the way that Bruce presented himself from the first day that I meet him and his crew. I shopped around for a while before I made the decision to have BNW do my siding. I got up one morning and decided to write down all the contractors that did siding in the area. After a long pain staking 3 weeks I got to become so familiar with what I was looking for. I was impressed with the features that were available from BNW. From the invisvent soffit to the metal starting strips. I give his crew hats off to the way they performed during the DOG DAYS OF SUMMER. Temps were up to 115 to 120 degrees and his crew was at the home every morning by 8am and stayed untill just about dark. I really admire the way that Bruce over saw the entire project. I was also impressed in the time frame they did my home in. From start to finish the whole project only took three days. Once again, hats off to the BNW team for making my house a home.

We had BNW replace all of our windows and have already noticed a dramatic reduction in energy costs for our home. My husband and I recently contracted with BNW for siding and replacement windows. In today’s fast-paced world, it is extremely difficult to find industry professionals who not only offer an exceptional product but also provide the level of customer service and care that we received from BNW.
From the time we placed our first call until the time we handed over the check, Bruce Wiegan and his crew was exceptional. After providing an initial consultation, BNW took the necessary time to answer all of our questions and follow-up with us to make sure we were satisfied with both the siding and windows we selected. After having had a bad experience with another company who attempted to have us sign an estimate which ultimately turned out to be a contract, we were obviously quite cautious. What mattered most to us was (1) is it a good product? (2) What type of warranty do the manufacturer and BNW provide? (3) Does BNW have the expertise to install the product correctly?
After receiving multiple estimates, it was very obvious that BNW’s product and price outshined its competitors. Because we wanted to be sure of the siding color, BNW provided us with addresses of other work they completed so that we could drive by, see the workmanship and be sure of the color we wanted. BNW stayed in close contact with us after we signed the contract to keep us advised of when we could expect the work to begin. They contacted us within a short time to advise us of the start date. Most importantly, they were there when they said they would be!
We were absolutely amazed at the competence of the work crew that installed first our windows, and then our siding. They were there bright and early and stayed until sunset. Bruce maintained close contact with the crew during the entire project, stopping by periodically to assess their progress. The attention to detail and work ethic was apparent in all they did. As the work progressed, the crew was happy to make adjustments to things that we requested within the scope of the project. And, when the work was completed, we practically had a new house. The house actually looked better than when it was initially built!
You will have the opportunity to read many of the testimonials on this website. What mattered to us may not matter to you. But what we can tell you is this, Bruce Wiegan is a person of integrity and his enormous popularity and obvious success in the Richmond area is a direct result of that. We did not look to build a relationship with BNW but it happened. In our opinion, BNW far exceeded our expectations and we are extremely pleased with the work they did for us.

I would like to thank BNW Builders for a super job they did on my house. They replaced my old shutters and after replacing all of the rotted wood, they covered my existing exterior window casings with vinyl. My house looks brand new!

After seeking quotes from a number of companies that were either unresponsive (did not show up) or priced out of my budget, I contacted Bruce at BNW Builders for a price for siding.
It's extremely rare to find an individual that is professional and as knowledgible as Bruce. Not only was the price from BNW lower than every other competitor but the quality of work provided was beyohd expectations.
BNW completed the job ahead of schedule and with little if any mess that you would expect.
Working with BNW was quick and efficient without all of the hassles (i.e- no shows, lack of quality, unprofessionalism).

While our house was being painted, we were told the window over our front door was very rotted and needed to be replaced. We called Bruce at BNW Builders and he was able to quickly provide our window, installed, in coordination with our painter's schedule.
We appreciate the quality work of BNW and efficiency of the window. We had a great experience with BNW and recommend them to our friends and family.
In fact, our neighbors' house was being painted at the same time, and they had a window that was rotted also, so Bruce talked to them and replaced their window also!

We have been looking to purchase replacement windows for several years now, and have had as many as eight companies come to our house to give us estimates and demonstrate their product. Several of the estimates we received were lower, but we felt their product didn't compare to BNW's. We were also impressed by Bruce's professionalism and his personal involvement in the sale and overall installation of the job.
The window and gutter installation went smoothly and was done in the time promised. We found the installers to be friendly and competent. When the job was done, you couldn't tell they had been here (except for th e look of our "new" house).
