When the sales person came to our home, he was very friendly, yet professional. He gave us detailed information on all the products with explanations that we could understand. We explained what we were looking for and he listened to us, he just didn't hear us. We offered a deposit and he said we collect upon completion. We were pleasantly suprised. We felt we went with a company that concerned about us as their customers and not how much money they were going make. They trusted us.

Every single concern we had you addressed immediately. The DURAPLANK siding is very well made and looks great on our home. The windows are well worth the money we paid for them. Our power has gone down drastically because of these improvements. I was probably the biggest "pain in the butt" customer you ever had, but you and your crews made me 100% satisfied!!!
I would recommend BNW to anyone who wants quality materials and work done. We called several other contractors, I won't mention their names, but they either didn't show up/call or added too many zeros to their price. Bruce you showed up on time every time you said you or your crews would be there. That's very rare!!!!

My husband and I were away on business at the time we requested BNW to replace our siding, windows and shutters. As for any homeowner, not only were we reluctant to have a contractor work on our home we never had any prior experience using, but work on our home while we were away. Needless to say, not only did Bruce efficiently and competently complete the job, he sought to make sure that the job was properly managed and skillfully executed from start to finish. He chose the colors for the new siding and shutters, carefully taking into consideration the location, the landscaping and the interior layout/design of the home. He followed up with multiple phone calls regarding the job's progress, the timeline in which he expected to finish and answered any questions/concerns we had. Upon our return, I was impressed by both his craftsmanship, and his professionalism throughout the project. My husband, who is a contractor himself and a perfectionist when it comes to his own work, was also blown away by Bruce's ability to complete the job on time and on budget without cutting any corners in his workmanship.
