I just wanted to write and thank you and your crew for doing such a great job on our home. The crew was very professional, top-notch, fast and efficent. Kudos to you and your staff for the great communication and service, it was very refreshing to see a company who still believes in delivering great quality and care to their customers.

The replacement windows really add a lot more light into the house and the new door, trim and shutters totally changed the look of the house! My friends and neighbors constantly give us compliment s about how great the house looks.

I had BNW replace the wooden railings on my front porch with vinyl railings. No roofing posts involved. While it took awhile for them to get to me (small job) it was worth the wait. The railings look just great and add a lot to the look of my house.

I want to say how pleased I was with BNW Builders and the vinyl replacement windows they installed for me. I have a small town house and had no idea who to call when my old wood windows rotted so badly that they had to be replaced. Then I remembered that one of my neighbors had told me a year or so ago about BNW Builders and what good professional work they did for the price. I called Bruce and someone came out to meet with me promptly about an estimate. Mine was such a small job (only four windows) but I never felt like I was any less important than someone who had ten windows to replace. They worked with me to find a very good product at a price I could afford. When my windows came in, they arranged to come out in a couple days time to install. The crew was there right at the appointed time, they did the job quickly but professionally and wanted to be sure that I was pleased. They had put a couple small nicks in the siding above one of the windows and the foreman said that he'd come by "next week" to fix it. I didn't really expect to see him again but when I came home the very next day, he had been there to fix the places so you'd never know they were there. It's that kind of attention to quality and customer satisfaction that you rarely see in today's world. I've already recommended BNW to a couple people and would use them again in the future with no hesitation.

At last, a company that provides top quality products, but also has the trained and properly supervised personnel on staff to expertly install those products on the date scheduled. Each crew works independently of the other, but each crew also pays very close attention to the details. Things that many homeowners wouldn't see, they have seen it and already have a plan in the works to repair the item before the homeowner even is aware of it.

My wife and I had Bruce and Company replace our roof, all of our windows and exterior siding. Each of these tasks were completed in a very timely manner and consistent with the standards of construction normally accepted in this area.

Bottom line...I would recommend BNW to anyone who is thing of re-roofing, installing thermally efficient windows and installing thermally efficient exterior siding.
